Our faithful pastor, Father Eric Fowlkes, at the request of Bishop Spalding, has been reassigned to the Cathedral of the Incarnation effective July 27, 2020.
Father Eric announced his new assignment to the parish during the weekend Masses with a very genuine and heartfelt message of gratitude for the love we have shown him for the past 12 years. We have been abundantly blessed with his leadership and spiritual guidance and he will be missed beyond words.
We are excited to welcome two additional priests to our parish community. Father Austin Gilstrap and Father Luke Wilgenbusch will join us effective July 27th. Father Thomas Kalam will remain at OLOL. Three priests – what a tremendous blessing!
Father Eric asked that we continue to pray for him, our priests and the many parishes during this transition. May we trust in the love, the mercy and the goodness of the Lord always.
